Expectations of Workshop Leaders,
Assistants and Team Members
when not actively leading Workshops or Private Sessions

When not in the front of the room leading a workshop (or facilitating a private session), we are under no obligation to be anything other than ourselves -- we don't wish people to expect us to be teachers, facilitators or space holders when we're not actively leading a workshop or a private session.

Even inside of a given workshop, a facilitator might lead one section of the workshop and then fully participate as a student in an other section of the workshop.

Our norm, is to not put any limits on the other possible roles through which we may each choose (or not choose) to interact: Friends, Business Associates, Lovers, Housemates, Co-Leaders, Team Members, etc.

We’re all Students, Teachers, Followers, and Leaders.

We just take on different roles in different moments.
