This is a non-residential workshop -- food
and lodging are not included.
What to Bring:

A sturdy Notepad/Journal (and
pen): You'll be sitting on the floor and writing with the
notepad/journal on your lap, so make sure your notepad includes a solid
back.

Seating Material for sitting on the
hardwood floor (such as: kneeling bench, back-jack, pillows
and/or blanket): Bring what you need so that you can sit on the
floor in an upright and "open" position. There will be times that we
practice contradicting our bodies' typical habits of closure by sitting
upright on the floor with our chest/heart open. (We do have
extra pillows (just not enough for everyone) -- so if you don't have
anything don't worry about this one.)

Snacks/Food -- Snacks
are not provided.

Comfortable, Loose, Layered Clothing:
This will free you up for sitting on the floor and any exercises that
may involve moving around a lot. FYI: We'll be shoeless, so save your
fancy shoes for other events!)
NOTE: We aim for the workshop space to be on the cool/chilly
side to keep the participants invigorated and awake. But the room and
you will heat-up during some of the exercises -- so do bring layers
to so you'll be comfortable in both situations!

Canceling:
Circumstances come up. There are occasions where participants choose to
cancel their participation in a workshop.
It's also true that people find reasons to avoid following through with
work that can be personally confronting.
If you're considering canceling your participation in a workshop, we
ask you to look at your reasons, and what other options are available that
would enable you to follow through on your original commitment to
powerfully participate.
That said, here is our refund policy, to clarify in advance, most
questions that arise...
CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel,
please give us a much notice as possible so that we can attempt to fill
your space.
If you cancel less than 10 days before the
workshop starts, do not attend, or leave once a workshop starts, there is
no refund or credit.
If WholeBody Wisdom cancels a workshop your
deposit and tuition will be refunded in full or credited to another
workshop.
For cancellations received at least four
weeks prior to the start of the workshop a $150 per person cancellation fee will apply.
Missing Group Meetings:
This program is designed for people who intend
to attend the entire program. If you're going to miss more than two
group meetings it's best for you to wait to join a different group.
All participants are responsible for the
entire program's tuition regardless of participation. |
