Register another person who takes the course with you and receive a
$100 refund/discount.
Full tuition must be received two weeks before the course begins to insure
your space and keep any discounts.
CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel, please give us a much
notice as possible so that we can attempt to fill your space. For
cancellations received at least four weeks prior to the workshop a
$150 per person cancellation fee will apply. For cancellations after that
date, a $250 per person fee will apply.

PAYING BALANCE
Full tuition must be received one month before course begins.
Payment may be made in cash, or by check made out to "Scott Longwell".
Our workshops are educational experiences, and are not to be
mistaken for long-term therapy or cure. Some people may find some programs
to be too psychologically or physically challenging. We recommend that in
case of any doubt, a physician or trusted counselor be consulted.

&/or meals are not provided. There will be two meal breaks on
Saturday and one on Friday and Sunday. For the first meal break on
Saturday please bring a bag lunch. For the other meal
breaks you may either bring your food or visit a local restaurant.
- Notepad & pen
- Seating Material for sitting on the
hardwood floor (such as: pillows, kneeling bench, and/or blanket)
- So that you can sit on the floor in an upright and "open" position.
There will be times that we practice contradicting our body's typical
habits of closure by sitting upright on the floor with our chest/heart
open. [If you're flying in -- let us know and we'll take care of
this for you.]
