What to Bring:

A sturdy Notepad/Journal (and
pen): You'll be sitting on the floor and writing with the
notepad/journal on your lap, so make sure your notepad includes a solid
back.

Seating Material for sitting on a
carpeted floor (such as: pillows, yoga block, kneeling bench, back-jack, and/or blanket): Bring what you need so that you can sit on the
floor in an upright and "open" position. There will be times that we
practice contradicting our bodies' typical habits of closure by sitting
upright on the floor with our chest/heart open. (We do have
pillows -- so if you don't have
anything don't worry about this one.)

Snacks/Food/Money: Snacks
&/or meals are not provided. Bring your own snacks
plus bring either a "bag" meal or money to buy food the meal
break(s).
NOTE: Please don't plan any other activity during the meal break
-- there will be a workshop related exercise to do during the break.

Bottle of water

Comfortable, Loose, Layered Clothing:
This will free you up for sitting on the floor and any exercises that
may involve moving around a lot. FYI: We'll be shoeless, so save your
fancy shoes for other events!)
NOTE: We aim for the workshop space to be on the cool/chilly
side to keep the participants invigorated and awake. But the room and
you will heat-up during some of the exercises -- so do bring layers
to so you'll be comfortable in both situations!

Warm, Wet-Weather Clothing: To
support your comfort in getting out and about during the meal break.
